Then it got worse.Burrow was lost for the season when he tore a ligament in his right hand during a 34-20 loss at Baltimore on Nov. 16. The star quarterback had surgery on Monday. With former practice squad QB Browning making his first NFL start Sunday, the last-place Bengals lost 16-10 to Pittsburgh. MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings ruled wide receiver Justin Jefferson out of their Monday night game against Chicago about four hours ahead of kickoff, taking the cautious route and keeping the All-Pro sidelined for a seventh straight game. The Vikings listed Jefferson as questionable on the final scheduled injury report for the third straight week, but the 2022 NFL Offensive Player of the Year was officially downgraded to out.Jefferson returned to practice on Nov. 8, but with Minnesota’s bye on the schedule this weekend, the opportunity to give him extra time for his hamstring injury to heal clearly was appealing. If Jefferson is not activated from injured reserve next week, he’d be ineligible to play the rest of the season. The Vikings next play Dec. 10 at Las Vegas. The Vikings also elevated linebacker Anthony Barr to the practice squad for the game against the Bears. NEW ORLEANS (AP) — During each of Alvin Kamara’s first four NFL seasons, the New Orleans Saints were a playoff team and even the NFC’s top playoff seed during the dynamic running back’s second year on the club.So Kamara knows what it feels like to be on a team of such quality, and it’s not a feeling he has now.The Saints (5-6) missed a chance to take control of the NFC South when they lost to Atlanta on Sunday and enter Week 13 plagued by numerous injuries and lingering red zone issues that are sinking their season. “We don’t have an identity as a team,” Kamara said. “We’re a team that says we want to do and we don’t do — and it shows.“It gets to a certain point where all the talking in the world doesn’t matter,” he added. “You have to find a way to do it.”Second-year Saints coach Dennis Allen on Monday disagreed with the notion that the Saints lack an identity. He sees a team that is “explosive” on offense and “opportunistic” on defense. Two intercepti...Out-of-state group files civil rights lawsuits against University of Colorado

The crash happened Monday evening on Route 1. Witnesses later speaking with 7NEWS said the driver of one car appeared to drive off the road before smashing into a parked car and throwing both vehicles into the building. “I was a little shocked,” said Lucas Fernandes, describing the scene around him. Fernandes works close to the crash site. He said he heard a loud bang and came outside to find his parked car had been the one that was hit in this crash. “Mostly, I was concerned about the guy because I don’t know what happened,” he said. “I don’t know how fast he was driving to get two cars inside the store.” Fernandes said he watched as first responders worked to get the driver out of his car and take him away from the scene.
